Privacy Policy

Who we are. Digital Worldwide ("we"), [legal entity name], based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Contact: admin@digitalworldwide.ai.

What we collect

Why we use it

Legal bases (EU/UK)

Contract performance, legitimate interests (running and securing our service), consent (where you opt in), and legal obligation.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to deliver the service (hosting, database, billing, telephony/messaging, AI model providers), under contracts that restrict their use of it. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict processing, by emailing admin@digitalworldwide.ai. California residents: you have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, and opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell or share personal data for advertising). EU/UK residents: you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

Transparency about AI

When you or your customers interact with an AI agent, it will identify itself as an AI assistant when asked and, where required, proactively. Sensitive or high-value matters are routed to a human.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) for EU/UK data.

Terms of Service

Human Escalation Policy

Every AgentOS deployment includes rules that route certain matters to a person before any action is taken or message is sent:

Approvals appear in your client workspace; nothing in those categories goes out without a human decision. You define and can change these rules at any time.

Security Overview

Data Retention

Data Processing Agreement (summary)

For clients whose customers are in the EU/UK, we act as your processor for end-customer data and you are the controller. On request we provide a DPA covering: processing only on your instructions; confidentiality; security measures; sub-processor list and notice of changes; assistance with data-subject requests and impact assessments; deletion or return of data at the end of service; and audit rights.

Accessibility Statement

We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA on our website and platform: readable typography, sufficient contrast, keyboard navigation, labelled controls, and reduced-motion support. If you encounter a barrier, email admin@digitalworldwide.ai and we will address it promptly.

Service-Level Expectations

Compliance Statement

Digital Worldwide supports compliance controls — human-in-the-loop approvals, consent and disclosure practices, data export and deletion, audit logs, GDPR/CCPA data-subject request handling — and configures them for your business. We do not currently claim third-party certifications (such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001). Where a client's regulated environment requires certified providers, we will say so plainly and scope the deployment accordingly.
